Shop window

Here is a picture of our window display, the store is jam packed full of goodies for Christmas, we have all been busy fairies.

Winnie had a bath

Because today so nice I gave Winnie a bath, he was not happy, he looks so hand son after a wash.
Winnie is a cross between Beale & king Charles Cavalier, he thinks he a cat i just love him so much , he spoilted rotten because of my hubby treat's him like a king & he is very naughty and always up to something.
I always remember when he took one of my girlfriends new mobile phone that cost her $600 out of her handbag and chewed it up and tried to hide it in our bed, we could hear this ringing and we found Winnie & the mobile under the sheet's in my bedroom.
I nearly had a heart attack, their was not much left of the phone when we found it, we sorted the phone out,poor kez she only had the phone a few days & it took week's to get the new part's,(their is many more stories like this one ).
After Winnie's bath we sat on the bench had cuppa and did a little gardening till we pick Jess up from school, and then to the shop to unpack more stock.

Today the weather is wonderful, sun is shining not much breeze, just perfect, I been in the garden today, here are some picture's.
I love our garden over grown and rustic ,we have a lot of native plant's to help with the water problem's and Lot's of leaves.

Another project to finish

I really need finish this 1950's vintage dentist chair , the original color is white , it is going to be a big job .
Can you believe someone tossed this out, it is not missing a piece, just some TLC.
The seat go's up and down , and it has head braces made from cast iron at the top to hold you head in place,( that would turn anyone off from going to get a check up specially kid's).
I am so glad my dentist is up with the times.

Go Annie ( our dream car)

Someday's I wonder if ANNIE will ever go, our 1959 fc holden sedan.
We found annie at our friend's shirley house in a old shed it was her brother's and he want it to go to a good home.
Dave's started rebuilding annie with his mate Chris, pulling her apart was a bit scarey, I will keep you undated on annie's process,I hoping to paint her pink to match the shop but the boy's want cream.
Chris & Dave are just finishing a EH holden station wagon, that chris has been working on for year's,and it is ready for painted in a few week's the last stage.
The EH is going to be shamrock green (Bonny his wife fav colour) this car is going to be amazing when it is finished I will post a picture of it when the guy's have finished.

66 valiant

Our friends Marty & ben brought a new/old car 1966 valiant station wagon it is beautiful baby mint colour and it such go condition,
The guy's are fitting a dixie horn to the valivant, it is so loud.

Polished big red

She look's like new , after the little bingle today, I gave big red a wash, she such a great van.

Big red crashes

Well I was leaving work today and (accidently) hit (BIG RED) BRETT from grimson sign's truck (oopp's), Brett got a old bedford flat tray truck I clipped the back end when pasting him. we both laughed and waved and said catch you later.
I feel sick because Dave ( my hubby) has not long finished painting it white for me it was an ex aussie post van and red was all faded that is how she got her name BIG RED.
The van belong's to dave's band (headhoncho) for carting all their equipment to gig's , but I have stolen it since i have opened the shop, I must give it back to the band one day, it has been 2 year"s now.
